Our Leaders
Reed joined magniX as Chief Executive Officer in 2024. He has more than 25 years’ experience leading technology companies in the aerospace and defense, manufacturing, and fintech industries. Prior to magniX, he served as CEO and Board member of FDS Avionics Corp, a manufacturer of electronics equipment for the business aviation, commercial aviation, and military markets.
Brant joined magniX as Chief Operating Officer in May 2025. Brant has over a decade of experience in the industry, holding leadership positions at Boeing, Safran Aerospace, and GDC Technics across business and strategy development, capital management, and program management.
David has been with magniX since 2005, joining the company when it was still based in Australia. David is the author of multiple patents in conventional and superconducting electrical machines and electric propulsion for aviation.
Ben joined magniX in 2019. He was initially Head of Test, later serving as Head of Testing and Aircraft Applications and as VP of NASA EPFD Program before assuming his current role. Ben has more than 20 years’ experience in aerospace, combining expertise in research engineering with the skills to successfully manage complex projects to completion.
